Colleen Patrick-Goudreau and The 30 Day Vegan Challenge

Colleen Patrick-Goudreau took time to stop by the VeganTourGuide Podcast to share with us information about her awesome program: The 30 Day Vegan Challenge and share her incredible knowledge.  I’ve always said that I admire people in life that have a passion and follow their passion and are making a difference.  Colleen is definitely such a person.  As I talked with her during the podcast, it is evident that she wants to provide information to people and “meet them where they are at”.  Colleen gives people the tools to start on their own individual path.

Check out the great, informative and fun podcast with Colleen:

She mentions that she speaks with people that say “I can’t be a vegan because I like meat and cheese and I could only give up the cheese”.  Colleen tells them “Great, so give up just the cheese”, because EVERYTHING you do has an IMPACT and every change you make will make a difference.  I love her approach and message here, so many people feel they have to “move the world in a single action” and Colleen brings this great message of just telling people to do these little things if that is all they can do at the time.

Colleen makes a great statement during the show: “If we have the skills and passion to do something, then we SHOULD do it” and she lives her life by this mantra and says this is what compelled her into the role she has in life right now as further described in her bio:

Colleen’s incredible program The 30 Day Vegan Challenge that takes people through EVERY step towards a Plantbased – Vegan Diet.

As she describes in our podcast, she covers everything for you: It covers the basics of recipes and a plan, however she goes WAY beyond that, she provides information about how to live in a household where other people aren’t making this change, cooking for kids, co-workers, and much more to help you “stand firm on a foundation” because this support brings you confidence in what you’re doing and all of us are much more confident with anything in life when we feel confident in it.

We all remember that confident and “at ease” feeling we had when we walked into our class at school and sat down to take an exam knowing we had fully studied the subject material versus that “yikes” feeling we had when we sat down to take a test and felt totally unprepared, Colleen makes sure you are fully prepared with her program.  As she describes: “She prepares you for the dance”.

As you can see, just like Colleen said on the podcast, she stays busy and her business has made a BIG positive impact on so many people and I know it will with you as well.

Colleen stated: “Don’t do nothing because you can’t do everything, do something, do ANYTHING!” I love this statement and agree with it 100%.  So, start doing your “Anything” today, maybe it is something as simple as shifting over from cow’s milk to almond milk or cashew milk or maybe it is shifting to a “Meatless Monday” or maybe you’re going to stop eating red meat, etc…just do ANYTHING and you will be moving forward and making a difference.
