Chia Seed Pudding

- 3 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 cup almond milk
- 2 tsp agave
- ½ tsp vanilla
- Mix all ingredients in a bowl and stir very well. Let the pudding sit for 1 to 2 hours minimum. (Overnight is best).
- Optional: Fresh or Dried Fruit, nuts, seeds, dates, cacao nibs, shredded coconut, hemp seeds.
